Kindly send the details for change joining date in EPF Account.I was entered wrong date.Tomorrow is the last date for payment.

Hi, Please fill the EPF joint declaration form and get employer authorization after that submit to concern EPF office. or attach copy of form 5 signed by employer with claim form.
