Dear Sir,

A manager with a positive attitude has safe behavior with their employees. If an employee makes any mistake, he provides training and motivation, giving feedback in private while offering encouragement in front of other employees. This creates a conducive environment leading to profitability.

On the other hand, a manager with a negative attitude exhibits unsafe behavior towards employees. In case of a mistake, they resort to using personal influence, emotional outbursts, being short-tempered, argumentative, and engaging in ego politics. Such actions result in a detrimental business environment leading to losses.

It is the HR's responsibility to issue relieving and offer letters appropriately.

Thank you.

Employees do not leave companies; they run away from managers.

The relationship between a manager and an employee plays a critical role in the happiness of employees and, needless to say, productivity. It is essential to make the best choices when selecting managerial personnel. They can either make or break the organization. Managers with a higher level of emotional intelligence can work wonders for the company.
