I am working in a limited Company, I am the only HR here.
I had an Naukri portal, but it is not that effective.
So now I am looking for the free job postings website, from where i can get good responses.
I have lots of positions to be filled but Naukri is not helpful.
Please suggest me efficient websites where I can good and efficient candidates.
Note : mostly I need FRESHERS.
