Hi All, We are generating empty chemical bottles (glass and plastic). Please let us know how to dispose it. We are looking for a recylcer/ incinerator in and around Bangalore. Regards I Khan

Before dispense the bottles, the bottles should completely washed with neutralizer for such chemicals, and ensure no chemicals are inside the bottles which are hazardous. Then dispose off the bottles

Pl. check the Process and registrtion of your premises , if premises is under factory act - You will have to check for the Pollution cantrol Borads Conscent to opertae and waste categories generted from it .

Dear Ismail,
You have to follow Environment Protection rules and Plastic waste disposal rules duly set by Pollution control boards.
If you are unable to deal (disposing off) it directly deal then through a PCB registered vendor.

Dear All,
As per new Notification of HW Rule 2016 Empty chemical bottles and plastic container are come under 33.1 category of SCHEDULE I [See rule 3 (1) (17) (i)]List of processes generating hazardous wastes.
Go through the notification for more clarification. Also Chemical containing bottles and container need to neutralized and wash scientifically and effluent generated can be treat at ETP.

Dear Avinash Ji i am working in private company as a HSE officer small doubt ..can Waste Water genertaed from D.M ( dIMINERAL WATER ) Can be treted in to Sewage treatment plant , after necessary dilution and neutralisation of waste wate from DM ?, Factory is having Conscent to opertae for Sewage Treatment Plant
