Hi, I am an MBA postgraduate and have been working in a private company for the last year. Work-wise, I am performing well, but I struggle to speak fluently and get nervous when communicating with superiors. Can you please suggest how I can speak fluently and develop myself?
Note: Can anybody share the English verb forms? I am lagging in using verbs while speaking with others. I would highly appreciate it and be very thankful if anybody could provide verb forms material with meanings.
Thanks & Regards,
Patan.

Hi, after reading your query, I believe that fluency is not a problem for you. You have highlighted two issues: “Fluency” and “Getting Nervous.” In my opinion, the latter needs to be fixed first.
If there's an issue with fluency, it will somehow reflect in your writing as well. My understanding is that, based on your query, you don’t have issues with basic grammar and fluency. If you struggle to share any information in English, it means you lack vocabulary and basic grammar. You are not bad at vocabulary and basic grammar; otherwise, you couldn’t write your query in that way. It’s known that most people are better at writing than speaking, and during the first two years of their career experience, most of us realize that our communication level needs to be improved.
Materials
There are loads of materials online; try to search on your own. Some may prefer Oxford materials, while others refer to Cambridge, and so on. The key is, if we are good with our own academic English grammar books, this is more than enough to speak the language with fluency and without grammar mistakes. Proficiency can be improved as we choose particular business words as required. I practically improved my level of proficiency by referring to our school grammar books. Go back to your shelves and search or buy; it would help seriously!
Practice
Practice, practice, and practice is the only way to improve communication. Talk to yourself daily in English about anything (your love, joy, sorrow, and so on). Read English dailies, listen to any English videos you like, and speak in English. After a few months, you will realize the improvement.
On Your Second Issue: Nervousness
This needs to be fixed on your own or with someone’s help. Talk to your friends in English about anything and everything. This will help you gain confidence, and once you are confident, you won’t feel nervous.
@ Dinesh Sir, can you share your success story? I am very impressed by your proficiency level; it will help most of us.
Good luck,
Regards, Thiyagu
