Hi,
As per minimum wages ACT of West Bengal for Unskilled for Zone A- current minimum wages is 7661.
My question is - This 7661, will be treated as fully basic or it can be split.
As per my observation, In minimum wages Act - I am unable to find out whether minimum wages will be fully basic or It can be split up.
For the above aspect, if you have any notification plz share the copy for clarification.
