How long I could use my ESI benefits? Is there any need of my presence or signature in the treatment and reimbursement of lab tests.?my sister is just started working with esi account.. Whether it possible to get benefits for my mother from her account after my resignation,?

Please see whether dependent mother is eligible for super specialty treatment, because your service with the company is only for 10 months and as per ESI scheme, in order to be eligible for super specialty treatment, you should have contributed for at least 156 days in 2 years. If she is attached to your sister, then also medical care can be ensured but super specialty service cannot be availed. Please check by entering your IP No in the ESI's IP portal
