Hi Seniors,
Am working with the startup company which is registered under companies act 2013. we are building policies for our company. i need to know the policies and rules to build leave policy like how many each kind of leave and statutory rules to follow regarding leaves.

Leave rules policy could be made, which is mostly based on your company is covered by 'Shops and Establishment Act' or 'The Factories Act '

Hi, If your company is covered under Shops and Establishment Act of your State, then please follow leave rules as stipulated by Shops and Establishment Act.
