Yes, It is in Motor Transport Service.
It has more than 250 plus large, Medium, Small size buses of ow.
Also, provides cab services for employees for pick & drop facility from home to work place & vice-versa.
It is doing business in Pune only & covers larger zones of Pune.
Please suggest the Leave policy.

Pl refer to sections 19, 20 and 27 of the Motor Transport Workers Act,1961 for weekly rest, compensatory rest and annual leave with wages respectively. Every adult MTW who has completed 240 days of service in a year is entitled to annual leave with wages in the succeeding year @ 1 day for every 20 days of work performed by him. Unavailed leave can be carried forward subject to a maximum of 30 days. In case of termination of employment salary should be paid for the leave of this kind at credit. In addition the workmen are entitled to National and Festival holidays as per any Law applicable to them.
It is more important that you should immediately apply for registration of the establishment u/s 3 of the Act to the Chief Inspector of Motor Transport Undertakings of your State.
