This is up to you. Whether you want to be a 'Big Fish in a Small Pond' or a 'Small Fish in a Big Pond' Both has disadvantage and advantage. You will learn a lot in decision making in the first case. You make a mistake and learn out of mistake. You get the appreciation.
where as in the second case you as a team member may get a less chance to learn the integrity of the problem, as the team plays. As a team your roll will be less important.

And my boss is want to prepare all policy as well documentation and all profiles JD. Now problem is labours are not ready to submit any kind of Id proof. And how to prepare a policy guideline. Friends please help me to making it.
