Hi,
I am HR consultant in Surat area , as a HR personnel I think every industry has own recruitment policy and hiring employees as per requirement. basically textile industry most of workmen either illiterate or below education level. it is very challenging to train them for better work and quality product. If government changes the rules in industry employees policy that is very critical to accept them.
My issues are regarding any best HR policy can not implemented easily and acceptable to this work culture, employer are also not interested to adopt new policy to better working atmosphere in working floor. I would like to implemented good innovative policy for betterment of employees and industry.
can u suggest me what is the easy step to implement new HR policy .

First of all, identify the issues you are confronted with or the areas identified for improvement and then we can come with suggestions. You have said that the workforce is mostly illiterate, convert that as an advantage as they do not have pre-conceived notions on many things. Look for such positives as otherwise there is hardly anything for you to do. Come up with your ideas, we all will see what could be done.
