hello, i am start working as hr professional with one of the pharmaceutical manufacturing company . here i am found that our hr administration making our employee salary considering 30 day only every month , but we all know that in calendar year we have 7 months of 31 days , 4 months of 30 days and 1 month of 28 days.
so please let me know is my company doing unethical practices or any break of rules and regulation of any law and complaisance.

Salary need to be calculated based on the no of days in that particular month and need to maintain wage register.

First thing is as an HR Professional-write clearly with proper grammar, spellings and in connected manner.
Sentence begins with capital letter
i should be Capital.
Poor presentation mars the show and as HR your work will be devalued because of poor writing habits.
