I am working in mfg. company as sales coordinator. still i am not getting any confirmation letter from company . i have completed over here 14 months. now i want to apply for maternity leave. so i am eligible for that or not ? my joining date was 1 jan 2017 and and probation period was 6th month. now probation period is complete. so, please give me solution.

A female employee who has completed 80 days of continuous service is entitled to maternity benefit. Whether you have got confirmation letter or not is immaterial. Please check on net for the act & intimate about your pregnancy as provided in the act & rules. If your company is engaging 10 or more employees, the maternity benefit act is applicable to it.
