I need to prepare Hr presentation for annual meet. I usually feel the Hr presentations are received with less importance. They feel we have not much to present. Compared to other departments presentations. I want to show that we Hr also add value to the company. Help me with ideas to make a good effective way to presentation.

Make a presentation assuming a proactive role on any aspect of HR management, like talent management , career growth, compensation policy etc where the management wants to make new initiative or are problem areas.
