I recommend you picking up thread of your career where you had left. Future of your career will depend on the companies that you have worked in the past and the type of work that you have handled. Nevertheless, as far as HR is concerned, most of the things remain except labour laws. Most of the labour laws have been changed. Therefore, it is important for you to keep abreast with those changes.
