In my UGC grant in aid college the employer / employee contribution is 10% each instead of 12%. What are the consequences for serving teachers and retirees.
Remedy if anything is wrong with low deduction.

It is not clear as to what is being being talked about (10%/12%) Pl clarify
Check with them again and ask them the explanation on that.
In my UGC grant in aid college the employer / employee PF contribution is 10% each. It is not mandatory 12%. Mean 2% less than required.
What are the consequences of less deduction/ contributions for serving teachers and retirees.
Remedy if anything is wrong with low deduction.
