Are you familiar with Linkedin. That is the latest and greatest source of recruiting people from across the continent. You need to become a member first, of course which is free of cost. You can filter for countries and skills and then get connected through them. you can then ask them about their interest in changing career at this point of time. If yes, you can proceed further. It is time-consuming and on the negative side, some people do not update their profile regularly and some do not respond to your mail. However, I have over 7000 connections, and which was built over 7 or 8 years patiently. Now when I write articles, people read and respond.. I am virtually present and I get noticed even by those who are not connected to me !!!
