We are an IT company that owns a website, offers paid services to our registered members to facilitate better usage of the site. We are pitching and offering our own services to our direct members. We have limited ourselves to only our captive clients to whom we sell our services.
Since we are not selling the services of any other company and we are dealing directly with our registered clients only so in my understanding we don't need OSP licence. I wish to have more clarity on the need of OSP licence and whether we fall under OSP category or not for the OSP licence purpose.
