is there any minimum salary limit for the deduction of epf? and whether any employee can cancel his epf voluntarily

Hi,
Yes, you need to follow minimum wages at least for EPF deduction. Secondly EPF contribution voluntarily can not be cancelled once it is been deducted then you need to continue the process. Yes, employer and employee can restrict the contribution of its share upto maximum limit of Rs. 15000/-
