Hi My name is Priyanka and i have a concern. My company is not providing any payslips to its employees. Can any one help me regarding the laws pertaining to the payslip. I know it is the employees right but don't know what laws implies to this.

I am not aware what kind of company, and engaging how many employees. If more than 20 employees, both under Shops and Establishment Act and Rules or Under Factories Act and Rules, it is mandatory, the employer is required to give salary slip mentioning the earned Gross wages, deductions and net wages paid details !

Its a start up and hence they say that they can not provide it as they dont have the app.
As in they are in the process of buying an app. So really confusing.
But appreciate your help.
