Please let me know latest & essential HR compliance to be followed in a corporate office in Gurgaon. I am taking care of corporate HR single handed & setting up HR department in the organization. The company is already operational since 10 years in India with project based engineering solutions but now company wants to establish core HR functions too.
Hence please provide all the required support & documentation. Focus area is PF/Gratuity/EPS/Retirement Benefits etc.

Firstly you have to take PF and ESI code and get your company registered in PF and ESI (as per applicabilty).
-under gratuity act you can submit form A which is notice of opening towards ass.labour comm.and controlling authority under payment of gratuity act.Then you can make gratuity trust in LIC.Meet your LIC area officer for group gratuity fund scheme.
-Retirement Benefits- Make the policy as per the retirement benefits.
