I am working in a manufacturing company in Human Resources deptt. We are hiring a senior sales person on a contract for three months but i am confused to offer him the right designation. Can anyone help?

Hi Mr.Harjeet Singh,
You can appoint him as a Consultant.Purely a agreement for a period of three months mentioning the period.Please specify that the Agreement stands cancelled at the end of the period. also mention that he needs to submit a monthly invoice and taxes if any as applicable will be deducted . Also mention about that any leaves availed will or will not deducted.

Title is actually misleading
Senior Sales Consultant is a good designation for this short period.
Job agreement can include terms and conditions and specific jobs to be done/adviced upon.
Start period and end period needs to be clearly written.
Consulting fees, leave applicable, timings of workplace of work need to be made clear.
Exit formalities need to be specified.
