Dear Parul,
Gratuity is calculated after completion of service of 5 years. it is calculated on basic salary, for an example if an employee's basic salary is Rs-25000/-per month & his service period is 5 years then calculation will be done as below.
Basic salary 25000/26*15 *5= 72115/-

But how to show gratuity in salary Breakup

How we can ensure gross salary amount
Dear Parul,
In the sheet gratuity amt correctly shown (it will be always 4.81% of current basic). However while calculating the leave I have inserted the formula. 15 days annual leave for 26 days monthly working.
Pleased find attached the corrected sheet, hope this will serve your purpose.
