I'm curious: What are the biggest issues you currently have with your HR Recruitment and Applicant Tracking software? Are there features you wish it had? Are certain tasks difficult in your current software? Or--perhaps a better question--if you could design the ideal system, what would it include?
As a bit of background, I work with a software company and we're trying to understand if there are any common complaints with HR software that we can help fix. I'd love to hear feedback from the community!
