Epf additional contribution adjustment
Dear seniors we had a pf inspection in our office where we came to know that we paid extra in acc no 10 and less in acc no 01 some years back . we paid the additional amount in the correct account again in 2012 . but the extra amount in acc no 10 could not get adjusted yet since it has become online system now . can anyone help me how to adjust this amount or get the money back .

By mistake i have paid excess amount in esic contribution as per working day. then now how to correct this or will adjust in next month contribution . for an example one employee worked 21 days in july month but esic amount is deduct of 31 days. now what to do?

Hello everyone i am working with a government organization where we hire a contractor who provide us all kinds of labour for technical work. after two years we came to know that he is not remitting labor s epf & esic in their respective accounts. after that we have taken action against him for epf non remittance. but my query for esic are 1. whether he is liable to remit both employee & employer part in their account? 2. if he has not remitted required amount than what step we should take?
