I am an employee of a Multi National Company, on role employee, in Sales Dept, I have joined on May 2017, now due to some family medical issue I need immediate transfer to my home town, but my Boss is not helping me or allowing me. As per company transfer allowed after 1 year of joining in desired areas. But I need transfer immediately. Please suggest what to do?
Viewed from your own statement, your Company seems to have a flexible transfer policy. So far you've served in the present place for about 9 months and just 3 months ahead for a request transfer in tune with the Company's policy. Either you have to wait or try to convince your immediate boss so that he endorses your application. Considering the time likely to be taken in the process, I think that you can wait for three months and then ask for a transfer.
