You will have to follow the respective statutory provision and set up the committees, is not ICC & POSH committee the same under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work Place Act. For Works Committee and Grievance Handling Committee you will have to refer to the ID Act and the respective State Rules. As regards environment, health & safety pl read the Factory Act with Rules. Unless you comply with the aforesaid statutory requirements, the constitution of the committees may not be legal.
