Company benefits for staff converting on retainership basis
Dear all if a highly skilled employee to the cadre of ca working in organization on full time basis and availing all prevelaint benefits wants to do his profession of retainership basis e.g ca who wants to work for company not on rolls but on retainership basis can he be provided with other benefits of company simultaneously like leaves tour slabs etc or the benefits availed by him be withdrawn in such case ? also in such case how should one proceed like salary would be ceased and and he would be provided with consultation fees. how should one proceed in such case . is any deed required too to be done with him and if yes what should be proforma of sucj deed? regards

Idear friends i am shivani working with a manufacturing organization in hr department. as we all know time is changing & this is a "green era" we all r living in..sofollowing that i have started with a couple of hr in my company. /ione of them is "tree plantation" by the employees on their birthdays. i am a little curious to know what kind of "green hr practices" are followed in other companies. kindly share the same. any suggestion advices creative ideas are welcomed.. regards shivani gupta
Maternity leave benefit clarification
I am with a new private entity run as a family business. however as they are going for iso certification they want me to prepare a leave policy. as a rule it is six weeks before and six weeks after the delivery i.e 90 days. and in 2008 the indian govt. has extended this to 180 days.for govt. employees bu my management is adamant about 3 weeks before and 3 weeks after benefits i.e 6 weeks in total. as a private organization are we required to follow the maternity benefits rule as per the rule for govt employees?
Am i eligible to get service benefit from past company?
Sir/madam i abhinasha d working in a central government funding technical educational institution from last 6 years on outsourced contract basis. now for further growth i have planned to leave the job. here in our organization there is no rules are followed or benefits provided for the contractual staff not even leaves. so can you help me to know about the service benefits available for contractual staff in india?. if available under which act or law provides such benefits to an outgoing employee?. what are all the benefits available?. if provided while giving resignation letter i can insert a para stating law/act binding the contractual organization to provided such benefits. sincerely abhinasha d
