Though I appreciate your interest in enhancing your HR knowledge, please specify your current experience and your future desire.
Are you in to recruitment or HR generalist? Also, what you want to be specialized in?
Performance management, Training, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, HR Analytics, Employee engagement, payroll and so on are the specialized sub functions one can choose basis the skills under HR function.
My suggestion is as you already have MBA HR degree and with just 2.5 years of work experience, please focus on to gain practical experience of HR function within your company.
Understand the structure of your company, business, financials and about the HR function. Know your company's financial performance try to find the strength and opportunity, may be too much for 2.5 years of experience but, still try this.
Think how you can improve people capabilities of your organization, how you can create value to your organization. As it's high time for HR department to move from traditional practices to the need of the industry, please apply innovative thoughts in the work you do.
By this you will self learn a lot and you can think of certificate courses once you reach 5 years experience. There are many premier institutes that offers HR certificate courses (IIM, XLRI..).
Courses from these institutes have great credibility and to master in these courses 4 or 5 years experience would be good as these courses are well matured.
Rather than running for books and certificates for knowledge, at this level of experience learn on your own and through mentors.
After 2 years, you will decide what you want to study and more importantly you will be able to understand far better, and try to relate things also you will try to bring value out of it.
So relax now, my 2 cents though!
