Manmeet NaarangHow do I empanel a creche for my company? The creche/day care donot understand the requirement as per Maternity Act. They only want the child to be enrolled. Currently there is no woman staff who is married in my company.
Is there any paper work that needs to be done. One of the creche told me to pay 60 thousand per year to get enrolled.
Please advise what exactly these guideline means.
