Death of solo proprietor.
This is regarding the death of a solo proprietorwho had 56 employees under him. solo proprietor has 78 companies running simultaneously and he is one of the directors in all those companies. after the death of the solo proprietor can those 56 employees be transferred to any of those companies and there pf be continued in the same manner. in these case what are the rules and can be appoint them in the company payroll just the day after the death of solo proprietor. what will be the status of p.f if they want to transfer it in the new company. please give all the related feedback appropriate and as per law.
Not able to come because of health issues taken as resignation
Hi i was serving as a permanent employee when i stopped going because of fake reporting by manager and unnecessary pressure and drama in the company. i reported health issues after hr sent a notice. i replied to the same email asking for relieving from duties quoting health issues. now they re saying that they accepted the resignation and require 2 months notice or basic salary in lieu of it. they ve also mentioned project loss. what should be done now when i am really tense to even go there under the pressures they have put and the lies they re telling. is there a way out from thw company without paying back when i don t want a relieving or compensation myself?

Dear seniors greetings want clarification on esi and health insurance schemes for employee. we are team of 15 members .we are opening salary account with bank he additionally told me regarding the health insurance scheme for employees in which the premium has to be paid by the company at once which is sum total of premiums per annul basis of employees . on the other hand the premium on monthly basis is deducted from salaries of employees. queries : 1 getting health insurance scheme for employees would benefit them? as premium will be deducted from their salaries so in long term there can be chances of disagreement regarding the same by employees because they have there certain expenses. 2 if health insurance scheme is availed then we have to provide them esi as well ? 3what is best for employees as there benefit and company benefit goes hand in hand and cannot be compromised. please enlighten me with your knowledge and guidance.
