Please help me out with a draft for laptop policy in which Company can provide Laptop to Salesperson / BM / VP in the range of Rs. 25000-30000 as per their choice.
In which company will be bearing 25% cost and balance 75% amount will be deducted from their salary in a period of 1 year. After 18 months the laptop will belong to the respective Employee.
If the employee leaves before 18 months than the 25% will be too deducted from the employee. This Policy will be applicable only once in 3 years.
Please help me out with Order Formalities towards the same. This offer is applicable once in 3 years only.

You have already given the policy outline so what more is expected from us by the way of 'Order Formalities' is not clear. But you may consider placing bulk order as your requirement would be sizeable and major brands would offer substantial discounts which the employees cannot get otherwise. Subsidy of 25% appears to be too little and may be considered for upward revision of at least 40%.
