If any registered company which are the benefits to be provide for Employee,(even if the Employees are less than 10), because i am working in small company, if we ask for PF, ESI, Medical, any insurance like ..medical, group insurance..etc, they are telling We need more than 1 members to do all these,
can any one suggest on this. we are not eligible to get these facility as per Labor law or HR policy. (this is LLP company working past 4 years).

The company can give all this and more facilities voluntarily if they wish.
But ESIC Act or EPF act specify a legal minimum number of employees beyond which it is mandatory to provide certain facilities.
So try and persuade your management ot be more liberal.
