There is no separate KRA Questionnaires. Your KRA questions arise out of the Job Role a person is performing. If you have an individual employee's Job Description, you can generate questions out of it for identifying the Key Result Areas. Hope you understand my answer. From Job Description comes Key Result Areas and with the help of KRAs, Key Performance Indicators can be created. These two help in determining and establishing an individual's Goals for the future years, based on his past performance. All these are inter-connected.
