My company wants me to do Internal Audit for the same I am looking for KRA Questionnaire. These questions will be asked to employees just to know if the know their respective KRAs - Please help me with Assessment questions.

There is no separate KRA Questionnaires. Your KRA questions arise out of the Job Role a person is performing. If you have an individual employee's Job Description, you can generate questions out of it for identifying the Key Result Areas. Hope you understand my answer. From Job Description comes Key Result Areas and with the help of KRAs, Key Performance Indicators can be created. These two help in determining and establishing an individual's Goals for the future years, based on his past performance. All these are inter-connected.
