Dear Shubha,
Before designing the CTC breakup you have to take into consideration the minimum wages as applicable to your state,zone and category of employees.Normally,basic is 40-50% 0f gross salary.you can also have HRA which can be 50% of basic salary.balance figure component can be additional allowance or supplementary allowance.pf employers share should be 12%of basic and ESIC to be 4.75%of gross salary. Do reverse calculation.
