A woman employee is with us about 15 months and out of 15 months she was on PTO 12 months due to her maternity.
Please suggest how we can prepare her experience certificate?

Dear Apple,
Experience certificates hold the information of start date and leaving date of employees. Maternity leave/ any entitled leave benefits cannot be discounted from employee's length of service.
The employee is availing the maternity benefit because she's still an employee of your company. Hence, you can provide the experience certificate from the date she started to work till her last working day.
If other senior colleagues here handled this situation differently, please share your thoughts.

Thiyagu
