Hi,
I need help, as I want to give a letter which states that company has spent money on the training to the employee but if he leaves within a year he has to pay back the cost involved in that training.
Any format?

Ideally this should have been got signed before sending him on training.
What happens if he refuses?

Dear colleague,
Don't you observe that in this forum very large majority are posting with their names but you are choosing to hide yours. Is their any valid reason?.
Secondly, you should have attempted draft of the letter yourself first, upload it and request for value addition instead of spoon-feeding .
