I started a company with the two months back. We are hiring freshers to develop the software in my company, It is purely startup company. So everyone are suggesting it is better to make a legal agreement for 1 year. so can you please give the format for the fresher agreement.

What you are referring to is legally termed as 'fixed term employment'. In such case you project yourself as company employee as taking all employees on above terms may cause legal issues.
