Hello,
I have a new responsibility to check statutory compliance of our vendors. Some of them are not paying PF of workmen saying their salary exceeds the ceiling limit. So, now the question for me is how to verify it? and what other documentation to ask to make my organization safe on compliance ground? If an organization doesn't want to register for PF those workmen whose salary exceeds ceiling limit, then what documents it has to submit to PF office to get this exemption?

What about ESI? anybody entering your premises should be covered under ESI/ WC Policy

Lalit_Vilas, Ask you vendors about the PF Payment acknowledgement of their employees like ECR copies, TRRN Slip of every month. Once they share these docs to you, then you can ask your Finance Team to release the payment to your vendors.
Ask Form 11 for all the employees for whom PF is not been made or non-mandatory for them.

@Prashant Ingale, Ensure every Employee is covered in your WC policy. ESI is applicable only for those who are less than 21000 salary.

1. Who are joining a company, not falling under the EPFO scheme and don't want to start also.
2. What are other legal format which a company should processed at the time of giving employment
