Do I need to provide bills for vehicle and telephone reimbursements?

Attached is the break up of my salary package what will be my in hand salary? assuming I have 1.5 lakhs invested under 80c and paying 2 lacs rent per year and living in non metro city. Also below are my query regarding reimbursements. Do I need to provide bills for vehicle and telephone reimbursements ? and will these be paid monthly as part of salary?

If it is called a reimbursement, then you would need to submit a copy of the bill If it�s an allowance no proof of expenditure is required. But allowances are taxed and reimbursement is not taxed
