Show Cause Notice for Suppression of Material Facts1. You were on night duty from ______ hours to ______ hours on____ (date). In your night shift, junior employee Mr ______ was also working with you. You had found that he was sleeping while on duty. To generate evidence of his misconduct, you had taken photograph of the employee. However, instead of reporting misconduct of your junior to the seniors, you had withheld this information to yourself.
2. Failure to disclose what happens in the night shift is suppression of material facts, which in itself is misconduct. Your misconduct has been viewed seriously and you are hereby given show cause notice as to why disciplinary action should not be initiated against you. Your reply is to reach within 48 hours on receipt of this show cause notice. If your reply found not satisfactory , or if no reply is received within stipulated time limit, then administration of _______ (name of your company) reserves the right to take disciplinary action against you.

recently i give notice for hiding night sleeping matter of junior employee by supervisor. its been 48 hours supervisor did not give any reply. so which notice i have to give in this situation
