My previous company leaving date is 4th oct 2008 and my preasent company joining date is 10 days early I.e. 24 sep 2008 .Due to this date difference every time I submit pf transfer form its getting rejected how to solve the issue. I have withdrawn all the pf mony except pension amt.how to transfer this amount without getting rejected due to date difference. I have the pension certificate issued by pf office.

You have to submit/Surrender the "Scheme Certificate" you are already having under covering letter to your Present Employer Jurisdictional PF Office & obtain acknowledgement.Please go through your Scheme Certificate wherein it is mentioned that you have to surrender your Certificate consequent to taking up new job with PF/EPS Coverage
