HR POLICY
1) General Timing :
• Monday to Saturday : In Time 9:30 AM , Out Time 6:00 PM
• Sunday/ declared holidays: 6 hrs. Working is compulsory for full day salary

Morning 9.30 am sharp No Deduction
After 9.30 A.M. up to 11.30 A.M. ¼ of the day’s salary
After 11.30 A.M. up to 2.00 P.M. 1/2 of the day’s salary
After 2.00 P.M. 3/4 of the day’s salary
After 4.00 PM Full Day Salary Deducted
Departure time Salary Deduction
Evening 6.00 P.M. No Deduction
After 4.00 P.M. ¼ of the day’s salary
After 2.00 P.M. up to 4.00 P.M. 1/2 of the day’s salary
Before 2.00 P.M. 3/4 of the day’s salary
Before 11.00 A.M. Full day Salary Deducted
2) Peak Months: (July, September & December) – CP Office (machine/devise wise, not staff wise)
(July, September & March) – PG Office (machine/device wise, not staff wise)
• Monday to Saturday : Out Time 8.00 pm (Married Female Out Time 7.00 pm)
• Sunday/ declared holidays: 9 hrs. Working is compulsory for full day salary (Married Female minimum 7 hrs is compulsory )

3) Half Day
• Timing: 9.30 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. On 2nd and 4th Saturday
• No half day allowed during Peak months (July, September, December & March)
4) Short Leave Policy
• Timing: 9.31 AM to 10.00 AM
• Maximum 4 times allowed in a month. (after that above policy applicable ¼ of day’s salary deducted)

5) Intermittent Leave (Personal Work Leave): For 2 hrs within office hrs, Only 2 Times allowed in a month (also need procedure to put approval of leave on software)
• More than 2 hour but less than 3 hour– ¼ of salary
• More than 3 hour but less than 4 hour – 1/2 of salary
• More than 4 hours – full day salary
6) Casual Leave: One per month allowed (Carried forward till Feb End, otherwise Laps)
• At least 20 days presence (except Sunday) in a month is must, otherwise no casual benefit will be given.
• First three Months there is no Casual Leave is provide to any staff.
7) Mr. Gopal Kumar Kedia & Mrs. Santosh Kedia is our Directors, so there will be no deduction according to punching, hence your software will always show present in attendance.
8) Nitin (S No – 70) is normal shift is 8.45 to 21.00, but if he complete total 12 hrs (i.e. 7.00 to 19.00 or 8.00 to 20.00) working in one day than no deduction will be marked.
9) Ishwar Kant Mishra, Kamlesh, Bimla Devi & Anil (S No – 27, 28, 29 & 62) are having their respective shift timings but no deduction marked if they are present for the day.
10) Ram Singh, Shailendra Kumar, Suresh Kumar (S No – 7, 11, 39) are in Shift No – 3 (8.30 to 19.00), but grace time of 15 min are given to them, after 8.45 deduction will start.
