This is not the approach to determine remuneration and its breakup. It is essential to know the capacity of the industry to pay, Market Trend, Different category etc to determine the CTC in each category / level of the employees. Then from CTC you have to arrive the breakup. It is a skill job and with detail knowledge it is possible to do. Otherwise, you may take help of outside agency who have the deserving skill.
