I am working with a real estate (pvt. ltd. ) company which has a turn over of Rs. 90 Cr.
As per leave policy our employees are elegible for 12 earned leaves, 6 medical leaves and 6 casual leaves in a year. My mamangement is forcing me to reduce the number of leaves which is not employee friendly.
I would request you to please let me know if in case there is any act which states the minimum numbers of medical leaves and casual leaves in a pvt. ltd. company?
