Can anyone help me in framing HR leave policy for an IT start up company registered under Kerala Shops and commercial establishment act which employes 15 employees as of now? Any expert opinions would be highly appreciated.

Hi Rafiyudin,
Leave policy should be framed as per Kerala Shops and commercial establishment act leave provisions. The policy clearly states that the total Leaves, process for availing leave, process for leave approval, encashment clause etc.
