Dear Seniors & Peers, I believe the "The Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017" has been brought into force from 19 December 2017. Can someone post the new act (i searched the internet but could not find it).
Secondly, what are the major changes with respect to the repealed act.
