Hello everyone,
I am a simple employee in a diamond company. I have changed company and I want to withdraw my PF but by mistake of PF officer some amount of one year PF credited to another person's account whom I don't know.
Now PF officer says that it's our mistake and old company says that it is not our mistake. I have many times submitted necessary documents that PF officer sought and many times met the company officer and PF officer but the problem is not yet resolved.
Please give me suggestions and whom to meet for this problem ?

You cannot withdraw PF due to change in employment. For the amount wrongly credited to some other employee, you will have to follow up with local PF Officer through your respective employer. You may try to make use of RTI facility to monitor the progress after you submit detailed application to local EPFO office.
