1) get new trade licence , pan card and bank account in new name
2) fill form 5A in EPF with new details, submit 3 copies of form 5A with self attested documents of change of name, with a simple one line request letter, they will do it after verification of documents
3) in ESIC, edit the establishment details, and submit the new credentials online, they will verify and process the same ( remember to change the name , name /address/ contact of owners, and pan details. )

Hi All, I am working with a group of companies. In PF account company name is Jma Rane Marketing Limited which is a fir of Jma Marketing Limited. I want to change this Jma Rane Marketing Limited Name to Jma Marketing Limited. I concerned with PF Office. But didnt get proper guidance. Please help me out to how to change name? what are the formalities? and Documents.
