My daughter is presently working in central govt autonomous body. She gave her resignation with one month notice period. In her appointment letter it was mentioned as one month notice on either side as per CCS Temporary service Rules. She's now permanent employee with 4 years service. But her resignation is not being accepted.
Nowhere it's mentioned that 3 months notice period should be given. Her resignation is neither accepted nor rejected and she's not being informed of the status of her case. Her management is not taking any action in the matter. Now her notice period is over. What is the further course of action to be taken in the matter? 2nd January 2018 From India, Hyderabad
